Everything went fine.

Taking me home during the service is great and picking me up when you were done is very convenient. It allowed me to do some much needed chores as my wife does not drive to do that. Service manager Joe Cushing was very good also as was the timeline for the required service. Will make another appointment with Young's for our vehicle's service when necessary. So easy! Drive into garage. Someone cones tight out to meet you. Invites you to sit in very comfortable waiting room. Quickly does the job. Go out, drive out of the garage! No outdoor waiting! Great employees! Great service!

Good people all around

I will start with Kari in the service department. Very friendly, very helpful and kept me informed about the services being done to my Acadia Denali. Mechanic working on my vehicle was great, found a short that the mechanic at O'Donnells didn't find and fixed it with no charge to me. I will definitely be returning with all future repairs.
