Friendly and efficient service, very nice facility in which to relax while work is completed

Terrible service ! Would not want this dealership representing my company! Parts and labor are priced well over MSRP compared to typical market rates. Lack of transparency when a full itemized breakdown was requested and not provided prior to repair. The transmission repair was claimed as complete before a test drive was performed. A test drive was only done after I specifically asked for one to confirm the repair actually fixed the issue. They did not honor verbal agreements we had and basically lied and said they never made such agreements. I would not recommend this dealer ship at all !!!

When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted immediately and signed and asked if I had any concerns or needs other than the oil change and tire rotation. Discussed a check engine light issue that appeared then disappeared after about 30 minutes in cold weather shared remote on star evaluation. May have been air intake valve temporarily not working correctly due to driving in white out conditions and then parking car in -17F nighttime temperatures. In and out in 1hour 8 minutes
